We’re welcoming all senior residents* to swim and exercise for free during Seniors Week from 12 – 23 February. Come down to the centre, try our facilities, meet new people or catch up with old friends. You can relax by the pool, swim laps or enjoy the delicious food at the Poolside café while taking in panoramic views over Sydney Harbour. And if you’re looking for a fitness class that offers gentle exercise, why not try our yoga classes that run during Seniors Week and throughout the open season.
